He was our rock throughout the move and home buying/building process and we could not have closed on our home without him. We were moving cross country and on top of all the logistics of a cross country move, just about everything you could think of was going wrong, but Bob was on it. When my flight got delayed and I couldn't make it in time for the walkthrough, he went above and beyond to Facetime us and walk us through the new home. When the selling of our old home got delayed, we now had a shipped car that was arriving in state before our closing: Bob offered to pick it up and park it at his house. When the lender nearly failed out our application days before closing, Bob said "I know a guy, he's the best". Sure enough, Bob was right: we had approval for another home loan within days and plenty of time to close. Bob's personable manner, his problem solving, and his unfailing reliability got us through a particularly difficult move and home purchase.
